  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 tsp. salt (onion)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo

Directions

    Cook and mash potatoes.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Beat until light and fluffy.

    May be used within 2 weeks.

    Place desired amount in greased casserole.

    Dot with oleo.

    Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or eat as is.
