- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow) or 1 pound cake
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 large tub Cool Whip
Directions

1Make cake as per directions. After it cools, slice each layer in half (4 pieces).

2Mix the next 3 ingredients; using half of this mixture, spread between layers.

3Take the other half of mixture and mix with Cool Whip and frost entire cake.
