  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

  1. 1
    Cream sugars, butter and eggs. Add vanilla, sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Form into rolls. Refrigerate. Slice and bake in moderate oven, 350°, for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
