- 1 lb. lamb liver, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder or chili powder
Directions

1Dice bacon, fry until crisp and remove from fat.

2Dredge liver with flour and brown in bacon fat.

3Add remaining ingredients and bacon.

4Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

5Serve with spaghetti.
