- 2 eggs
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat the eggs. Add sugar and continue beating.

2Add vanilla and mix well.

3Keep canned milk in refrigerator until well chilled.

4Best if kept there overnight.

5Whip milk until thick, then fold into beaten eggs and beat some more. Stir in pineapple and pour into refrigerator trays.

6When it begins to freeze, remove and stir well. Return to freezer until ready to serve. This makes 8 servings.

7You may substitute any fruit or keep this plain vanilla.
