  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Beat the eggs. Add sugar and continue beating.

    Add vanilla and mix well.

    Keep canned milk in refrigerator until well chilled.

    Best if kept there overnight.

    Whip milk until thick, then fold into beaten eggs and beat some more. Stir in pineapple and pour into refrigerator trays.

    When it begins to freeze, remove and stir well. Return to freezer until ready to serve. This makes 8 servings.

    You may substitute any fruit or keep this plain vanilla.
