  • 1 large (24 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 qt. vinegar (white or brown)
  • 1 pt. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1/3 c. oregano, dried leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 peck peppers, sliced in whatever manner you choose

    Leave set out for 24 hours, then put in refrigerator.
