- 1 qt. vinegar (white or brown)
- 1 pt. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/3 c. oregano, dried leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 peck peppers, sliced in whatever manner you choose
