Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes

- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/3 c. margarine
Directions

1Cook potatoes in salted water.

2Mash as you usually do.

3Mix in all other ingredients; beat until well blended.

4Cool and store in covered container in refrigerator.

5To heat, place desired amount in casserole.

6Spread with margarine and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

7(These potatoes will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.)
