  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Peel and boil potatoes. Drain and mash. Add ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Dot with butter.

    Can be refrigerated up to 2 to 3 days. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
