- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water in Dutch oven until tender.

2Drain well.

3Mash until smooth.

4Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.

5Beat until smooth. Place in Pyrex, greased lightly.
