  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook potatoes.

    Drain and mash.

    Add all ingredients and beat until fluffy.

    Cool.

    Place in greased casserole and dot with butter.

    Cover and refrigerate.
