  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cream margarine and brown sugar; add eggs.

    Mix in sour cream and then all the other ingredients.

    Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    This mixture keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
