  • 1 large can tidbit pineapple (20 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. ReaLemon juice (bottled)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 carton whipping cream
  • 6 large ripe bananas, sliced

Directions

    Stir Fruit Fresh through the bananas.

    Drain the pineapple, but save the juice.

    Mix sugar and flour in a pan together.

    Add the pineapple juice and lemon juice.

    Mix well.

    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

    Cool overnight in refrigerator.

    Then whip the cream and fold in.

    Pour over pineapple and bananas.

    Mix together and chill.
