- 9 c. thinly sliced cucumbers (do not peel)
- 1 c. thinly sliced onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix together cucumbers and onions; set aside.

2Mix together until dissolved (may be heated) the sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed.

3Add cucumbers and onions.

4Mix again.

5Put in refrigerator.

6Ready to eat in 3 or 4 days.

7Stir daily.

8Can be kept 2 or 3 months in plastic or glass covered dish.

9Stir occasionally.
