- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Scrub cucumbers; don't peel.

2Put in a large bowl all the ingredients.

3Stir to dissolve sugar.

4Cover and refrigerate. Next day, mix thoroughly.

5Pack in jars with some liquid.

6Will keep up to 6 months refrigerated.

7Makes approximately 5 pints.
