- 7 c. sliced cucumbers
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix cucumbers, onion and green pepper slices with salt and let stand, covered, for 1 hour.

2Blend together the sugar, vinegar and celery seed.

3Drain the cucumber mixture and pour the sugar mixture over them.

4Place in a covered container in the refrigerator.

5Enjoy a very low calorie food.
