- 6 c. sliced cucumbers
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Put cucumbers and onions in a glass bowl.

2In a medium saucepan, combine other ingredients.

3Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers. Cool slightly.

4Cover. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.

5Store up to a month in refrigerator.

6Yields 20 servings.
