Ingredients

  • 1 gal. sliced cukes
  • 3 or 4 onions, sliced
  • 4 c. vinegar
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/4 tsp. turmeric
  • 3 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Boil together last 6 ingredients.

    Pour over cukes and onions. Let cool.

    Put in large container with lid.
  4. 4
    Keep in refrigerator until used.
  5. 5
    (Will keep up to a year if they last that long.)
