- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 c. sugar
- 7 medium cukes, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients together and set overnight.

2Pour salt over cukes and let stand 1/2 hour.

3Wash with cold water and drain.

4Add to the mixture.

5Keep in glass container such as large canning jars or large glass jars.

6Let stand 24 hours before using.

7Great served with any type meats roasted, broiled or grilled.

8Can be used for 6 months.
