- 3/4 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream or plain yogurt
Directions

1Fold pineapple and dry pudding into sour cream (or yogurt). Place into cooled, baked shell.

2Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Serve with whipped cream (and maybe a maraschino cherry for color!).
