- 9 large potatoes, peeled
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Grease lightly a 4 quart casserole dish.

2Peel and cook potatoes.

3Mix cream cheese and sour cream.

4Mash potatoes.

5Add sour cream and cream cheese mixture.

6Add other ingredients.

7Put in casserole dish.

8Cover tightly.

9Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

10Bake 20 to 30 minutes with lid on first half, then remove.

11Garnish with shredded cheese and serve.

12The potatoes will fluff up again after they have been baked.
