  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook and mash potatoes.

    Cream in all ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    Top with grated cheese and butter and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
