- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 5 c. bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Heat the milk until scalded (do not boil).

2Add the oil and sugar to the milk.

3When the milk has cooled to lukewarm, add the yeast and two cups of flour.

4Mix well until there are no lumps. Cover and let rise until doubled.

5Then, add the remaining three cups of flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

6Mix until the consistency of biscuit dough.

7You can roll out the dough or refrigerate at this point.

8Dough may be kept in the refrigerator five or more days.
