Ingredients
- 20 oz. pineapple chunks
- 2 large bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 c. green or red grapes
- 1 yellow apple
- 1 red apple
- 1 can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Drain pineapple and save juice.

2Combine pineapple, bananas, grapes, oranges, and apples in a large bowl.

3Set aside.

4In a sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.

5Stir until smooth.

6Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

7Cool.

8Pour cooled mixture over fruit and mix gently.

9Cover and refrigerate overnight. 10 servings.
