  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 c. milk, heated
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. water

    Cool to lukewarm. Soften yeast in 1/4
