- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 6 tbsp butter, cubed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup colby monterey cheese shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 packages bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1separate crescent dough into eight triangles and place in greased 9 inch deep dish pie shell to form the crust sealing seams.

2spread with mustard

3in large skillet saute zucchini and onions in butter until tender

4in large bowl combine eggs, cheese, seasoning bacon and zucchini mixture pour into crust

5bake 350 for 20-25 min, until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

6cover edges loosely with foil if crusts browns too quickly
