- 1 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 7 c. flour
Directions

1Cream shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.

2Add cold and boiling water, 2 cups flour and yeast mixture.

3Beat well, then gradually add remaining flour until well mixed.

4Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate.

5Use as needed.

6Butter muffin pan, shape and let rise in pan.

7Bake at 400° until brown.

8Rolls will keep up to two weeks.
