- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk, not evaporated
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar and margarine, mix well.

3Reserving 1/2 cup oats mixture, press remainder on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake 10 minutes. Pour milk over crust; sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.

5Top with oat mixture; press down firmly.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown; cool.

7Cut into bars, store covered at room temperature.
