Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water (should feel warm to fingertips)
Directions

1Combine shortening and boiling water.

2Stir until shortening is melted.

3Combine eggs, sugar and salt.

4Beat in cold water in another bowl.

5Soften yeast in warm water in another bowl.

6Combine 3 mixtures.

7Add flour.

9be too soft to knead.

10Mix with a heavy spoon until flour is mixed in completely.

11Cover and chill overnight.

12Remove dough from refrigerator; punch down. Pinch off amount needed to form each roll.

13Shape and let rise until double in size.

14Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

15Shape remaining dough into neat ball and keep in refrigerator (well covered).

16Fresh rolls every day!
