Refrigerator Yeast Rolls

- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. honey or sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 c. flour (can substitute 2 c. wheat, soya, graham, wheat germ or bran)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. soft butter
Directions

1Mix yeast into sugar or honey and warm water (100°); set 10 minutes.

2Add salt and half the flour.

3Beat 75 strokes.

4Add eggs and butter.

5Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time.

6Make dough into nice ball.

7Butter bowl and place dough face down to coat top, then turn face up and cover tightly.

8Place in refrigerator for 2 hours, then make into rolls (or roll dough into a 6-inch snake and knot)

10Bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes.

11Keeps in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
