- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 1 small onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 c. canned kidney beans, drained
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. mustard relish or capers
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
