  • 4 c. sugar
  • 14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. butter
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. broken walnuts

Directions

    Butter sides of a 3-quart saucepan.

    Add the sugar, milk and butter.

    Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (236°), stirring often.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in chocolate chips until almost melted. Stir in marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.

    Pour into buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
