  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag regular Doritos
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Pick meat off bones.

    Mix together Ro-Tel and soups.

    In crock-pot, layer crushed Doritos, half the chicken, half onion and half soup mixture, then 1/2 Velveeta cheese slices.

    Layer all again, ending with Velveeta cheese.

    Cook until cheese melts.
