Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Juice (I Used Basil, Oregano, And Garlic Seasoned Tomatoes)
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Peeled
  • 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, Stem Removed, Seeds Scraped Out (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons White Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    In a blender, combine the diced tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno (if using), cumin, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
