  • 56 woven wheat crackers
  • 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
  • 1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Arrange half the crackers in rows on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.

    Cover with layers of 3/4 cup cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef; top with remaining cheese and crackers.

    Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over crackers.
