- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
- 1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

2Arrange half the crackers in rows on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.

3Cover with layers of 3/4 cup cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef; top with remaining cheese and crackers.

4Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over crackers.
