Ingredients
- any kind meat, chopped
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 small carrot, grated
- 1/4 green pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp and drain.

2Using small amount of bacon drippings, fry onion, green pepper and carrot.

3Add scrambled eggs to vegetables.

4When done, remove from skillet.

5Put butter in skillet and fry cooled rice until brown.

6Add chopped meat and the vegetable/egg mixture.

7Add seasonings and soy sauce.

8Remove from heat and add finely chopped green onion, if desired.
