  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans corned beef, crumbled
  • 4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. soft rye bread crumbs

Directions

    Layer sauerkraut, corned beef and 2 cups Swiss cheese in 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix mayo and dressing and pour over ingredients in dish. Sprinkle remaining 2 cups cheese. Mix butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
