- 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seed
- 1/2 lb. corned beef, sliced thin
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 6 slices rye bread, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Spread sauerkraut on bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed.

2Layer corned beef and caraway seed.

3Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.

4Layer tomato slices next.

5Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.

6Dot with butter.

7Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400°.
