  • 10 loaves cubed rye bread
  • 2 lb. melted butter
  • 2 (No. 10) cans sauerkraut
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 10 lb. shredded corned beef
  • 2 qt. Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 lb. sliced Swiss cheese

Directions

    Toss bread cubes and melted butter.

    Press into 2 (2-inches deep) sheet pans.

    Saute sauerkraut in butter.

    Place over bread. Layer corned beef over sauerkraut.

    Drizzle dressing over meat. Top with Swiss cheese. Bake 1 hour at 375°.
