  • 10 oz. corned beef, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

    Mix together and put in casserole.

    Stir every 10 minutes. Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
