- 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. crushed rye crackers
- 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
Directions

1Clean mushrooms; remove stems.

2Arrange half the mushrooms, stem

3side up, on a 10 or 12-inch round microwave-safe plate. Cover with plastic.

4Cook on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until almost tender.

5Invert caps on paper towels.

6Repeat with remaining caps.
