Ingredients: 1/2 lb. ground beef; 12 oz. can corned beef, chopped; 8 oz. can sauerkraut, chopped; 1 egg; 1/3 c. evaporated milk; 3/4 c. rye bread crumbs; 1/4 c. chopped onion; 1/4 tsp. salt; dash of pepper; 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard; 6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated; 1 deep dish pie shell

1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 deep dish pie shell

Directions

Cook beef. Add all ingredients except grated Swiss cheese. Place half of the meat mixture in deep dish pie shell. Top with half the grated cheese. Add the other half of the meat mixture and top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
