- 1 Tbsp. caraway seed
- 1 (9-inch) uncooked pastry shell
- 8 oz. corned beef, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. sauerkraut, drained and squeezed
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Sprinkle caraway seed over pie crust. Prick crust.

3Bake for 7 minutes.

4Fill pie shell with corned beef. Spread mustard over meat.

5Top with sauerkraut and cheese.

6Mix together eggs, cream, onion and dry mustard.

7Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 minutes.

8Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

9Put together in 1 hour.
