- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 c. (4 oz.) cooked corned beef
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Bavarian-style sauerkraut, drained and patted dry with paper towel
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza crust dough
Directions

1Roll dough onto rectangular baking stone.

2Mix all remaining ingredients and spread on dough.

3With pizza cutter, cut dough down the middle lengthwise.

4Roll the dough up jelly roll fashion, starting at the short end.

5(Be careful; your corned beef mixture will start to ooze out.
