- 1/2 pound corned beef
- 1/4 pound swiss cheese
- 4 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 4 oz. Russian dressing (recipe follows)
Directions

1Place half of corn beef and half of cheese on bread and repeat another layer.

2Steam until corn beef is hot and cheese is melted.

3Layer beef, cheese, sauerkraut, Russian dressing and repeat.

4Top with bread.
