  • 2 pieces Jewish Corn Rye, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound corned beef
  • 1/4 pound swiss cheese
  • 4 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 4 oz. Russian dressing (recipe follows)

Directions

    Place half of corn beef and half of cheese on bread and repeat another layer.

    Steam until corn beef is hot and cheese is melted.

    Layer beef, cheese, sauerkraut, Russian dressing and repeat.

    Top with bread.
