- 2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn beef, flaked
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Russian dressing
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- poppy seed
Directions

1Separate rolls into 8 rectangles on ungreased baking sheet, pressing perforations to seal.

2Layer equal portions

3of corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese in center of each rectangle.

4Top evenly with dressing.

5Moisten edges with water and fold dough in half, pressing edges with a fork to seal.

6Brush tops with butter and sprinkle lightly with poppy seed.

7Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

8Serve immediately.
