  • 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes (may add another can of tomatoes)
  • 6 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • hard bread

Directions

    Boil onions in water to cover; drain.

    Chop tomatoes fine. Cut cheese in small dice.

    When onions are done, add tomatoes and cheese to saucepan.

    Stir constantly to blend.

    Serve over pieces of broken hard bread.
