- 6 onions, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- hard bread
Directions

1Boil onions in water to cover; drain.

2Chop tomatoes fine. Cut cheese in small dice.

3When onions are done, add tomatoes and cheese to saucepan.

4Stir constantly to blend.

5Serve over pieces of broken hard bread.
