- 4 c. rhubarb
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 white cake mix
- red food coloring
Directions

1Put rhubarb in bottom of pan.

2Pour cake mix over it.

3Bring to boil water, sugar and food coloring.

4Spoon in pan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Leave set for 5 or 10 minutes.

7Turn upside-down on cookie sheet.
