Rhubarb Cake

  • 4 c. rhubarb
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 white cake mix
  • red food coloring

Directions

    Put rhubarb in bottom of pan.

    Pour cake mix over it.

    Bring to boil water, sugar and food coloring.

    Spoon in pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Leave set for 5 or 10 minutes.

    Turn upside-down on cookie sheet.
