  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packages instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cup cut up rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut or chopped nuts
