Rhubarb Cake

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1/2 water called for on box
  • same amount of eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream (not whipped)

Directions

    Stir together the first 3 ingredients.

    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix together the remaining ingredients.

    Put on top of cake.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. This is like an upside-down cake.
