  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Drained And Rinsed Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegan Butter (i.e. Earth Balance)
  • 1/2 cups Wing Sauce (use Your Favorite; I Used Franks)

    Preheat oven or convection oven to 450 F. Convection works great with this recipe!

    Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

    Place dried chickpeas on parchment paper.

    Bake at 450 F. In a regular oven it will take about 35 minutes or in a convection oven it will take about 25 minutes.

    Bake until crispy.

    While chickpeas are baking melt your butter in a saucepan over low heat.

    Once melted add wing sauce.

    Warm on low.

    When chickpeas have finished cooking (they need to be crispy), place them in a bowl and pour wing/butter sauce on them.

    Toss to coat.
